Kanousei is passionate about providing outstanding training, coaching and workshops to enable parents, professionals in children's services, including the education sector, to achieve success.

Utilising our expertise, skills and experience, to deliver the very best in training, coaching and individual and small team development, we ensure a holistic and bespoke approach to all our clients’ needs.

Delivering through the values of integrity, passion and excellence, our starting point is always the individual as it is personal learning that provides the understanding, enthusiasm and motivation to work confidently with other people.

All our work, whether an individual session, a 1 day workshop or a complete course, is based around the following 3 levels of understanding:

1.   Understanding Yourself
2.   Understanding Others
3.   Understanding and learning the skills needed to 'Make a Difference'

Our first step is to work with you to understand your key purpose and what you want to achieve. This is followed by the design of a tailor-made program or process that provides you with the support to obtain your goals.

We offer the following services:

• Day workshops, training and coaching for parents on effective learning and how can assist your children to raise their aspirations and achieve their full potential
• Bespoke training for professionals in the public sector and the third sector across childrens services, including colleges and schools 
• Mediation and executive coaching for professionals in the public sector and third sectors including colleges and schools 

We have worked with parents, children and young people, as well as teachers, headteachers, college principals, SENCOS, and other professionals in childrens services, including social care, youth service, justice system, and early years across the UK.    Our focus is to assist them to develop their skills, both personally and professionally.  Our work is result orientated, and enables organisations, parents and young people to reach their potential with proven results.  

Our seminars and workshops have assisted many parents learn how to assist their children to learn effectively, clarify their aspirations, communicate effectively and handle 'difficult' behaviours, including bullying.  This includes work with parents of children designated as having special educational needs, including Dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism.
