The ANLP state that CPD, or Continual Professional Development, can be defined as "the continuous and systematic maintenance and broadening of knowledge and skills and the development of personal qualities necessary for the delivery of professional NLP services, throughout the Member’s working life, which constantly leads to improving the service they provide for clients".
Kanousei NLP Supervision is recognised by the Association of NLP, and can be used toward internationally recognised ANLP Continued Professional Development. Kanousei NLP Supervision is outcome based, and we will work with you to make sure your objectives are met.
You will also gain access to the Kanousei NLP Professional Development Scheme which will give you access to your own live web page on the Kanousei website, 1-1 email and phone support, and Continued Professional Development Points.
